2026 Dues are $643.68 per primary and $321.84 per secondary.
If you pay on or before January 31, 2026 you will pay $624.96 per primary and $312.48 per secondary. The office will be open Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's 11am-3PM and Saturday 8am-noon in January for property owner's convenience.

POA 50th Anniversary 2025
On August 16th, our community came together to celebrate a remarkable milestone, the 50th anniversary of GYR! The event was a vibrant reflection of the spirit and unity that has defined our organization for half a century.
We enjoyed delicious food and treats.
There was fun for all ages with games, crafts, and activities. There was a lot of laughter and friendly competition.
The band provided the evening entertainment that was enjoyed by all.
The celebration was more than just an event it was a testament to the strength, warmth, and resilience of our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day unforgettable!
