2026 Dues are $643.68 per primary and $321.84 per secondary.
If you pay on or before January 31, 2026 you will pay $624.96 per primary and $312.48 per secondary. The office will be open Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's 11am-3PM and Saturday 8am-noon in January for property owner's convenience.

Glendale Yearound Board of Directors – Vacancy Announcement
The Glendale Yearound Board of Directors announces a vacancy for
a seated position on the Board. The appointed individual will serve until
the next annual meeting in July, 2026.
Residents interested in applying for the position are encouraged to
contact the office for additional details. The Board will follow up to
schedule interviews with interested applicants.
